Shadow box - Artist grunge studio

 As I saw our latest MDF Mini Furniture Kits I was inspired to create

a shadow box in vintage grunge style.

Love this grandfather clock, really awesome and very sweet,

could also imagine in a bigger size for a lot ideas. 

New Kit's are very easy to assemble, with a little glue they are very sturdy.

I have primed them only with a little brown acrylic paint and then highlighted 

with metal wax.

 new Add On sheets, 

bricks, stones and roof tiles in three different sizes. 

They can be used for a lot of projects,

awesome 3d effects, as you can see

Chains are a perfectly background for all steampunk fantasies!

 I was thrilled to create a canvas in sea inspired mixed media style.

 

Combined cutting dies, silicone moulds, the very thin chipboards, great!!

Vintage Feelings - June Moodboard Inspiration with Dusty Attic

Today a new inspiration for you, it's a sea inspired canvas in mixed media style.

based on the wonderful moodboard theme 

this month at Dusty Attic.

 Love the monochrome colours, perfectly for vintage style.

 

 

I created on the backside of a canvas,

used a maritime paper from La Blanche,

a round piece was torn from the center of the paper,

awesome chipboards frame the old photo

Beach Idyll

It's summer time, best time for sea, sun and beach.

 

I was inspired to create a new home decor piece in mixed media style and

 combined a beer mat and a big seashell as base

for a small standing deco object.

I  added also a suitable saying and a little photo

for a more personal character.

Forest Dreams with Dusty Attic

 I created a mixed media canvas in fantasy style and chose a magical forest theme.

Love the selection

 Foliage, Flowers & Branches

at Dusty Attic, all the chippies are very natural and inspiring for me. 

They are a good addition if you want tell stories from your last hiking tour or

the last discovery tour with your kids, but always very suitable

for magical fairytales too.

 

 

I worked with papers and transpareny foil from 13arts,

Snail Mail with 13arts

 

Welcome creative friends!

 

I was in love from the beginning 

in this realistic looking 3d frame from 

the collection 'Industrial Zone' from 13arts.

It looks so lifelike and the grunge style in rust is really awesome!

 

I used the backside from a canvas as base, 

cut out the centre piece and glue it

on the frame.

Rustic pipelines are also a cutout from this great paper collection,

 Simply put together and lightly overlapped, they look like a real thing,

doesn't it?

 

 combined with some chipboards from Dusty Attic, cutting dies,

flowers and dried floristic materials a perfectly combination for me and my theme
