Hello!

What could be nicer in summer holidays than to sit by a campfire on the sea ?!

Camp overnight in your own tent, collect firewood, cook bread and

sausages over a campfire and sing along to a guitar.

You are in the middle of the nature and

only hear the birds singing and the cicadas or the cricket chirping.

Beautiful place - GD A Vintage Journey

 This month the challenge theme
A vintage journey is Stencil it, 
yes, I love it, because a theme with so many opportunities.

I decided to make a mixed media project in industrial style,  a new home decoration piece.

I used 3 several stencils - Rays, Children and the words from DecoArt).

Before it was a letter block set, made of cardboard.

On the basis of white gesso I used some acrylic paints diluted with water 

and crackle paste + texture paste for altered effects.

  For the children stencil black acrylic paint and added a script stamp with white inkpad over the stencils.

It's time for our DT Scrap Africa

a new Moodboard for a new beautiful challenge theme this month.

 

 I was inspired from the color combination blue - purple 

and naturally from the wonderful summer flowers.

here I used an old metal plaque 

and added a butterfly stamp, a little bit white and purple paint, 

letters are highlighted with wax metal finish

it's a mixed media project with my favourite theme

Under the sea

a two months long challenge (until the end of August) instead of just the usual thirty days to enter a project - just to make sure you all find the time to create at least a little steampunk or industrial project and share it with us
