Seahorse family - Tutorial

Hi everyone,

many of you have expressed a desire to see on my crafty table
This is of course impossible, pure chaos, I must tell you ;-)
But joking aside,
today I will show you, how I made my seahorses

 Supplies:

1. draw a seahorse on cardboard, use a free clipart for example:

 2. cut out
(unfortunately I don't know a company that produced this, but a good idea in MDf, or ;-))
3. use leftovers from scrapbookpaper or other, embossed it with a folder
4. glue it on front side
5. reverse this and cut off the excess paper
6.  use stamps and
smeared the gaps and edges of the paper with gesso and palette knife

use embellishments or shells or dies or all what you can find on the beach
and give it in the yet moist Gesso

finally I used Metallic Lustre for accents on the surface
that's all my friends
and I have a lot of fun with this sweeties in our bathroom :-)

I hope that was a little help for you!
The steampunk version coming soon :-)!!!
exactly tomorrow you will see the black sheep of the family ;-)
but it's my absolutly favourit

Have a nice weekend friends
Kerstin
