A new project for our SASPC Steampunk DT
with monthly theme
Anything Goes - Steampunk/Industrial
I decided to make a home decor project in victorian steampunk style.
I used an old wooden heart as basic
some fabric cotton, gauze and Tyvek leftovers
steampunk and background stamps
face mould with plaster
gears die
metal embellishments
crackle paint and silver acryl fluid
Texture paste
Fabric stiffener
all from
fabric pieces soac with fabric stiffener
crackle effects - mix with silver metal paint and Dazzling metallics 'Rich expresso'
rust effects - Texture paste + DecoArt Fluid Acrylics black and Quinacridone Gold
My teamies at SASPC have come up with many inspiring and different versions
on the theme this time.
