the time is right for a new theme on OCC - Nature Inspiration, this month we have an very inspiring mood board with so many beautiful nature textures and structures.
Nature begins up to the rest to put, it is cool, raining more frequently, and the wind blows mightily around the House. The autumn draws in the country. Harvest time, but also wonderful time, to pull back into the forest, to rustle through falling autumn leaves, to find mushrooms and uncover hidden secrets in the forest, when the morning mist of the meadows rises.
This was my idea for this mixed media project.
Enjoy the moments
Inspired by our Claudia from the detailed nature shots, I have chosen different leaf, twigs and flower motifs and first glued them, with white gesso primed and warm
autumn colors - Brown - evergreen - gray - copper - (spray paints) colored.
This old door motif comes from a Scrapbookpapier (BoBunny)
für den Hintergrund wurden auch Schablonen genutzt, Rays Tim Holtz und Spiderweb + Wire Dutch Doobadoo
This month it is Claudia's turn to be the Challenge Host and she has
provided us with a wonderful challenge! She would like us all to use
this photo collage to inspire us!
It is an "anything goes" challenge - as long as there are visible
influences from the inspirational image!
You can use only one or few of
the images from the collage as inspirational source. You can go for a
colour scheme you saw, a texture or shape, a theme you associate with
the collage (in whole or partially). As long as you explain in your
posts how your creation is linked to the inspirational image you can go
for whatever it sparks in you.
Our prize sponsor for this month is
So don't miss the chance to win some of their awesome stuff by entering a project to our challenge!
