today a new inspiration for you and our Steampunk Challenge month theme
it's a mixed media collage with a lot of texture, stencils and colors

I have deliberately chosen grungy industrial style
in combination with bold and bright
Tutorial
use a craft paper and cardstock as background
stencil with white gesso
added some deco stones in various sizes
together with texture sand paste and white gesso
begin with yellow shimmer mist and a brush
than the other orange, turquis, green, black
when the structure is dried
use black and white shimmer mist together with water
some dies, here gears with rustic look
use a letter stencil
children motif is a stencil from DecoArt Mixed Media Line (Andy Skinner)
I have made a cut out by black paper
star stamp on stencil background
on the path to a successful future
with a lot of sunshine, hope and optimism

STUNNING piece!! I love the combination of the bright colours with the darker grungy background! The textures look incredible. Love this!! Great use of tat amazing stencil!!
