Welcome, creative friends!
and the theme for this week is...
Bright and Cheerful Colours
I was inspired to create a gift for a friend
and used some delicate bright colours on a simple plastic frame.
Tip
Firstly I used some golden filigree self-adhesive stickers
for some subtle texture,
in addition two small homemade mould elements at
the lower edge.
The foot of the frame was covered with some string.
Afterwards I
painted over everything with a chalk finish paint and then highlighted it
with white gesso.
with white gesso.
That wonderful 3D texture in the background is amazing, isn't it?
I love this dimensional effect created
