Mysterious Shadow Wall

Welcome everyone!

Our theme for this month by The Mirror Crack'd is to create a Shadow Box
Our host is Shilpa, and she will be choosing our Winner and Top 5.

I create my own shadow box from an old wood picture frame.
My inspiration was a photo from the Grotte Palais Waldstein in Prag.

Supplies:

corrugated card stock
Black gesso from DecoArt
DecoArt Media Fluids Acrylics - Metallic Silver, Carbon Black

Prima Art sugar Antique silver
Modeling air clay
mask and border (molding templates)
chipboard Dusty attic vine leafes
Stencil brick
metallic gears as template for the background

Prima art sugar
faces with ravarages of time

The teamies at TMC have come up with many inspiring and different
mixed-media versions
on the theme this time.
Please pop on over and have fun!!

This month one lucky winner will win a prize from our  sponsor

With a prize of £12.00 to spend at your favourite Woodware Stockist, either in store or on line.

Happy crafting!!

  2. Wow!

I can completely see the inspiration of the Palais in this piece :) This also takes me to a gothic winter wonderland, too! Just an amazing creation through and through!! XOXO-Shari
