DT Scraps of Darkness Tutorial 'Seaside Kit'

Welcome everyone!

today I want to share with you an inspiration for a new home decor piece
or as a little gift idea.
You can use it as photo frame or with a wonderful phrase.
I choose this saying from Emerson, it was on the 'Set Sail' paper from Kaisercraft
in our Main Kit.
I can promise you it will be easy and fast.
I worked with some of our June SOD 'Seaside Kits'.
I was very impressed from this new layered die cut embellishments from the new 'Sand and Sea' Collection from 49 and Market in the Element On Kit
and as I saw our Scraps of Darkness Creativity Add On,
I thought, yes that's the perfect combination - a wooden altered frame and this new 3D sea inspired embellishments.

and here you can find an easy tutorial how I made this
and some details from the finished piece

I love this awesome 3D effect, it adds so much dimension and life into your project.
I can only recommend you to try it yourself!

Simon says Monday challenge 'Distress it'
I used Distress 'Walnut Ink' together with some clear stamps (crackle, distress edge)
suitable to this old photo

sun and fun on the beach,
