Romance time is Vintagetime for me and so I created a mixed media layout
where I used the amazing paper collection 'Rosalie' from 13arts.
Romance and Rose simply belong together.

I'm back with a new mixed media layout in wintry mood.
We are all longing for spring, but the next snow and a new cold are in the air again.
Our dog is always very enthusiastic about a walk through the snowy winter forest,
he loves to hide behind bushes and is happy when we discover him.
I used a background paper from Maja Design and created with stencil, cutting dies
and some awesome chipboards a winter idyll, where some deer peacefully eat their hay.

Coffee is always a good idea, or?!
A good cup of coffee in the morning awakens your spirits and energy.
As I saw the little and big cups at Calico Craft Parts I thought,
yes, they are very suitable for a mixed media coffee project in grundge style.
Together with a clock face and some gear wheels I created a shadow frame
that you can use as a gift or for your own kitchen.
The best thing about coffee is the aroma and the scent,
so I also use some real coffee beans and coffee powder,
that makes the whole thing more lively .
was disassembled into two parts and the plate was glued on again as a saucer in 3d optics
here I glued a bigger and a smaller cup on top of each other,
stamped them after painting and added some aromatic coffee powder to it
I had to disassemble it too and used it as a cloud of scent wafting through the room

Palm trees, sun, beach and sea and these sunset colors on the January Moodboard
make you dream of vacation.
But here it's winter now and we are happy when some snow falls from the sky and the frost enchants nature with hoar frost snow crystals. From the winter walk you get red noses, because outside it's frosty cold and you are grateful for every warming ray of sunshine.
We also like to go into the garden now and feed our winter birds.
That was my inspiration and thoughts behind this wintry mixed media layout.
Suitable to the winter temperatures I used mainly the cool blue shades
and only some little shades of warm tones for the birds.
I love to create with Maja Design papers, here some sheets from the collection 'Holidays in the Alp'.

for an additional 3d effect,

I was inspired to create another mixed media project in wintry mood. I used a round plaque as base.
The small stairs and the roof was made with Notched Rectangle - Mini MDF Wood Shapes,
these are very exited little shapes, that have stimulated my imagination.

Winter isn't my favourite season, but this season also holds beautiful magical moments for us. One of them is when there has been hoar frost, everything sparkles and glitters and the world is like enchanted.
I was inspired to create a layout in grey, purple and red shades, our latest paper collection 'Winter is coming' was absolutely perfect for these wintry hues.
I used a black-and-white photography, which really came into its own
with the Maja winter papers used.
The elegant lady besides makes us literally feel the icy temperatures.

I borrowed an acrylic ornament from the christmas tree and
turned a ballerina into a dancing snowflake.
